In this full-day workshop, we learned how to bring our minds and bodies back into balance, using the 7 main chakras (energy centers) as a guide. Using simple, fun, and accessible tools, we reframed challenging experiences and use them as catalysts for growth and a deeper sense of inner peace. Guided exercises included a mini-painting, journaling, meditation, easy breath exercises, and more!
