My method of coaching emphasizes true alignment and a deeper sense of peace and well-being, allowing you to thrive through whatever comes your way. I specialize in helping those who are in a transitional space, such as those grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a marriage/relationship, job loss, or those going through mid-life existentialism or a "dark night of the soul."
Suffering and hardship can be approached consciously and reveal to us a doorway toward greater purpose and meaning, even if we temporarily feel immobilized and disempowered.
Ideally, I would like to work with you for at least 3 sessions (plus homework) over a period of several weeks to work through the energetic body. At that point, we can reassess, and you can decide what works best for you moving forward. You do not have to commit to multiple sessions if you choose to begin the process with me. And my hope is to send you on your way in short order, while always being available to you for future "tune up" sessions, as needed.
I am happy to meet with you in person or virtually, over Zoom.
Before the first official session, I would like to meet with you for a free introductory call, to go over my method and to provide you with two assessments to complete and send to me ahead of the first session, if you decide to work with me.
During the first official session, I will go over the results of the assessments and what they reveal about your current energetic body, along with my suggestions for how we can target our time together. You will leave with an action plan and tools to use from then until our next session together.
We will also talk about what's currently going on in your life and what you believe your biggest obstacles are, along with any goals you might like to focus on long-term. Unlike traditional life coaching, my main goal is helping you to change your mindset and realign your energetic body. From there, I am happy to help you set goals and remain accountable to them, if that would be helpful to you.
Each session is $125 and ranges in length from 45-90 minutes, depending on what's needed. I would expect the first session (after the free intro) to last between 90-120 minutes, as we will need time to go over the assessments and dig into the next steps.
It's important to me that my sessions be accessible to anyone who would find benefit from them. If you have a desire for the work but can't afford $125, I am open to working with you to find something that works, within reason.
The $125 does include some text check-ins/questions during the week following each session, as well as all of the "homework" and tools I will give you to work with on your own time.
It's important to distinguish between life coaching and therapy and to state that I am not a licensed therapist. In general, life coaches are focused more on the present and future, with the primary goal of helping clients take a close look at where they are versus where they want to be, either specifically or with general mindset shifts. The past is explored only as a means of understanding your current life experience and belief systems. Generally speaking, licensed therapists are past and present focused and have specialized degree and clinical training, with an extensive knowledge of the mind, biology, and human behavior.
Although I can provide some guidance around tools that can help with dealing with some emotional challenges, I would recommend a licensed therapist for addressing psychological issues and mental health conditions.
