Carl Jung viewed the tarot as a mirror into the unconscious, a way to tap into ideas and concepts that your subconscious is already aware of but which hasn't made its way to the conscious mind. Any work with symbols - such as the symbols on tarot cards - can open the mind to receiving answers that you are now ready to receive.
